Directions

Take Muscle Milk anytime you would take in a shake or gainer, but want a better tasting, more anabolic formula. Mix two scoops in 10-12 oz water. Want even more satisfaction? Mix with low-fat milk. Tastes like a real milk shake. Honest! Before & During Workouts: For a truly awesome weight workout, take Cytomax and Muscle Milk together during the workout. Flooding the body with growth nutrients, plus the patented acid buffers of Cytomax, gives new meaning to burning down the house. After Workouts: After workouts, the body is in a catabolic state. Muscle Milk helps reverse this muscle breakdown by tricking the body into muscle synthesis when you normally break down muscle. Prior to Bedtime: Sleep is actually a catabolic period. Remember, breakfast means to break your fast of the night. During any fast, you break down precious muscle tissue for energy. Muscle Milk will help you wake up more anabolic.

Muscle Milk Naturals: Free of Artificial Sweeteners and Flavors

When Muscle Milk was first introduced, CytoSport attempted to emulate human mother's milk, one of nature's most anabolic, complete and balanced foods. In doing that, Muscle Milk created a new category of protein products while setting a new standard for both taste and performance.

Free of artificial sweeteners and flavoring, Muscle Milk Naturals consists of a precise blend of multisource proteins, functional fats, carbohydrates, and 20 vitamins and minerals in a lactose-free formula. The great-tasting formula uses stevia and lo han fruit extract as natural sweeteners. It's also packed with 20 vitamins and minerals for balanced nutritional support.

Multisource Protein Blend Supplies Amino Acids

Muscle Milk contains a precise blend of caseinates, milk proteins, and whey to create a constant supply of amino acids--the building blocks of muscle tissue.

LeanLipids Provide Functional Fats

The LeanLipids found in Muscle Milk provide functional fats, which are more likely to be burned for muscle energy and heat than stored as fat. Medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), the pre-digested "fast-burning fats," help provide the caloric energy needed to fuel exercise and recovery. Polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fatty acids from canola and sunflower oils provide essential omega-3, -6, and -9 fatty acids.

Carbohydrates for Exercise Recovery

Muscle Milk provides a blend of carbohydrates that includes dietary fiber to fuel exercise recovery and improve protein utilization.

Vitamins and Minerals Plus Glutamine

Muscle Milk also contains 20 essential vitamins and minerals per serving. Additionally, Muscle Milk is naturally rich in glutamine, which supports muscle recovery. All this in a great-tasting protein drink you can enjoy any time.
